6 sessions at S3 Training with Sport-Speed-Strength training coach, Rob Slade. As owner and developer of the Sport-Speed-Strength Training Program, Rob Slade is the true keystone of S3 Training Center. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) NSCA, Rob has been training sports teams and individual athletes since 1981. Rob has been awarded the Division 1 Collegiate Conference Strength Coach of the Year (Two times) NSCA, was the strength and conditioning coach and Assistant Track Coach for UMBC, and was the Strength Coach for the USA Sailing and Chessie Racing Teams. Rob is the physical education instructor for several schools in the area and knows how to get kids motivated to improve their game. All levels welcome.

Our fundraising auction provides support for equipment, upkeep of our fields, seasonal scholarships for kids that can't otherwise afford to play, and we help send kids to Cooperstown.
